- Rick has sold over 300 recreational waterfront acreages in the past 8 years to over 300 happy families.

- 22 years spent managing and developing two separate, very extensive corporate real estate portfolios (office towers, hotels, resorts, shopping centers, raw land subdivisions and condodevelopments).
- Joined RE/MAX as a licensed agent in 1999.
- Established RE/MAX Gustavson in 2003.
- 3rd generation Vancouverite.
- Spent all my recreational time on the coast.
