Rick Gustavson specializes in island recreational real estate on Gambier Island, Hardy Island, Keats Island, and the Sunshine Coast, BC.

Rick has sold over 300 recreational waterfront acreages in the past 8 years to over 300 happy families.
29 years in the real estate field.
22 years spent managing and developing two separate, very extensive corporate real estate portfolios (office towers, hotels, resorts, shopping centers, raw land subdivisions and condo developments).
Joined RE/MAX as a licensed agent in 1999.
Established RE/MAX Gustavson in 2003.
3rd generation Vancouverite.
Spent all my recreational time on the coast.
I live in West Vancouver.
