Fircom Phase II was introduced in July 2007 and was a resounding
success. The few select remaining properties are worthy of your

market as the Developer had held them back from the original offering to

Fircom Plateau is a 20 minute boat ride from Horseshoe Bay. The
scheduled water taxi service will drop you off at the Fircom Government
Dock or at the Sunset Estates Common Dock facility. The zoning of these
lots permits the construction of 2 separate dwellings.
