Phase I of this Five-Phased Development plan totalled 20 properties. Fifteen of these very special properties were put on the market in November, 2004 with 10 properties sold on opening day. Phase II & III of the development comprised 11 properties with marketing commencing on July 6, 2005 and 7 properties being sold on opening day.
