These acreages are situated on and just east of Price Point which is located approximately 3 1/2 miles to north east of Tenedos Bay and the 1 mile north east of Prideaux Haven, both of which are very popular locations for summer time boaters and outdoor enthusiast due to the magnificent natural surroundings and the warm seasonal waters. These properties offer superb privacy and each have substantial ocean frontage on Homfray Channel, approximately 1000ft with northern views across Homfray Channel to East Redonda Island. East Redonda Island is an ecological reserve with only two private properties along the entire eastern shoreline. These acreages have a diverse range of natural features. Even though there has been some selective logging on the properties over the years, currently the properties are heavily forested with a mixture of deciduous and coniferous trees. These include Fir, Cedar and Hemlock along the shore and throughout the properties as well as a reasonable compliment of Alder. The topography ranges from low bank, easy access oceanfront along the entire shoreline to some more rugged and mountainous terrain which reaches elevations of approximately 800ft towards the back of the property. Throughout the acreage are a variety of outcrops and bluffs that provide spectacular vantage points.

The extensive shoreline includes a mix of rock and pebble beaches between two unique points at either end of this extensive bay. The topography is very user friendly in from the shoreline and extends back significantly, in some cases hundreds of feet, providing for a substantial amount of easy to develop property along the ocean. Deep water along the entire shore provides many options for moorage. There is an existing network of old roads throughout the property many of which are overgrown however could be reactivated and would provide access throughout the property and to some of the unique vantage points at higher elevations.
